
Emmanuel Kossi Dodzi Amegnito
An internationally recognized expert in sustainable development, strategic governance, renewable energy, and development diplomacy.
With over fourteen years of experience, he has held leadership roles across twenty-two countries in West and Central Africa, developing cross-cutting expertise at the intersection of public policy, the private sector, and international dynamics.
A consultant working across Africa, Europe, and Canada, he supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), government institutions, and international organizations in their economic transformation processes, complex project management, and institutional capacity building. His areas of specialization include public-private partnerships, food security, climate policy, community resilience, and the design of integrated development strategies.
Throughout his career, Emmanuel Amegnito has led more than sixty humanitarian and economic programs, funded by leading technical and financial partners such as USAID, the European Union, the World Bank, the African Development Bank (AfDB), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
He is also the founder of S.U.P.P.O.R.T. AFRICA Group (Strategic Union for Progress, Partnerships & Opportunity in Resilient Transformation of Africa) and the Africa Business Diplomacy Forum (ABDF)—two flagship initiatives aimed at promoting economic cooperation, entrepreneurship, sustainable investment, and the emergence of African talent.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Development Administration from Andrews University (Michigan, USA) and a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Centre for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies (CEDS) in Dakar. His career reflects a strong intellectual foundation that bridges academic rigor, public policy, and field engagement.
Joseph Pierre ASSI-KAUDJHIS
A Full Professor within the CAMES system and a senior Ivorian public official, specializing in public management, university governance, and rural development. Currently serving as Director General of the African Center for Management and Executive Development (CAMPC), he brings extensive experience in leading academic and administrative institutions.
His research focuses on socio-environmental vulnerabilities, food security, agricultural value chains, and the transformation of rural spaces. He has also held several strategic positions within the Ivorian public administration, particularly in technical education, civil service, and higher education. Recipient of national honors, he is recognized for his expertise in project management, educational planning, human resource management, and institutional capacity building.
Hirut Woldemariam Teketel
Professor, an Ethiopian scholar currently serving as Assistant Secretary-General for Research, Evaluation, and Foresight at the Organization of Southern Cooperation. She holds a PhD from the Institute of African Studies at the University of Cologne. Her academic and professional career includes numerous publications and public lectures across diverse fields such as linguistics, language policy, education, leadership, and women’s empowerment.


A member of the Ethiopian Academy of Sciences, she also serves on the editorial boards of several international scientific journals. She brings extensive leadership experience, having held multiple senior positions at Addis Ababa University, from Head of Department to Vice President.
In public service, she has served the Federal Government of Ethiopia in three ministerial roles: Minister of Culture and Tourism, Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, and Minister of Science and Higher Education. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Humanities by the University of Oslo in 2021.
